Delete your You & I account

You & I is made by South Star Companion, New Zealand.

In the app (straight away)

1. Open You & I and go to My agent.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account and everything in it is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@southstarcompanion.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it and confirm by email within 20 working days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Everything: your account, your agent, journal, chats, memories, notes, photos, friends, messages, moments, social links, music sharing and connected robots. Nothing is kept, except anything the law requires us to keep, such as records of purchases.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a You & I Plus subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings so you're not charged again.
